serVonic is Reseller of the CTI-Solution ProCall 4.x from ESTOS
ProCall 4.x Enterprise is a Unified Communications-solution with CTI, Presence Management and Instant Messaging of the software producer ESTOS.
In addition to its own IXI-PCS CTI-solution for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux Clients, serVonic also sells the Windows-based solution ProCall 4.0 of the Unified Communications specialist ESTOS.
ESTOS ProCall enables a more efficient co-operation within companies and by means of Federation beyond company borders. Beside the comfort features of a CTI-solution like e.g. easy dialing, hotkey dialing, telephone journal or invert search, it offers a personal presence management system with telephony- and calendar-integration as well as instant messaging-features for single users and teams.
The Federation-feature of ProCall Enterprise allows the connection with other companies by exchanging presence information and instant messages on the basis of open standards (e.g. SIP/SIMPLE) and secure protocols (TLS, MTLS).
The Active Contacts-technology developed by ESTOS increases the agility of the users by the context-related providing of contact information and menu features derived from it. It optimizes the workflow by minimizing mistakes, simplifying recurring activities and the co-operation in the team and with business partners.
ProCall is optimized for the perfect interaction with existing ITK-infrastructure, this means common PBX's, groupware platforms (e.g. Lotus Notes, Microsoft Exchange), CRM- and ERP-systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics CRM and NAV), applications, Windows Terminal- and Citrix-Server as well as Virtual Server-technologies. The software supports the modern Windows-operating systems and Microsoft Office variants in 32- and 64-Bit.
